IDR is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX. This role is part of a critical transition project where the organization is migrating from Lawson to Workday, supporting large-scale system integration and process improvement initiatives.
Position Overview for the Workday Integration Developer:
- Support the migration from Lawson to Workday, ensuring a smooth transition and go-live in September.
- Review business process needs and application functionality to identify features that could improve user experience or process efficiencies.
- Play a key role in supporting system integration efforts and application testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Workday integrations and resolve system issues.
- Utilize expertise in various technologies to support application support and migration activities.
Requirements for the Workday Integration Developer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or the equivalent in experience.
- Expertise in ITIL, ITSM, Application Lifecycle Management, C#, IIS, MS SQL Server, and application testing.
- 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in application support.
- Experience working with Lawson ERP.
- Experience working with Workday ERP.
