IDR is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity.
Position Overview for the Sr. ServiceNow Developer
- Support development and configuration for an existing ServiceNow implementation while helping guide reimplementation efforts.
- Execute a development backlog by rapidly onboarding to current requirements and building, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Improve self-service for end users by enhancing Service Portal / Employee Center experiences and Service Catalog offerings.
- Maintain and govern Knowledge Base structures to ensure information is accurate, usable, and well-categorized.
- Design and implement robust integrations and reporting to keep the platform aligned with business needs.
Requirements for the Sr. ServiceNow Developer:
- Must have direct, hands-on experience implementing or being an active part of a core ServiceNow implementation team (full platform rollouts, major module deployments, or system migrations).
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
- Strong technical knowledge and implementation experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Catalog/Request Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management).
- Working knowledge and experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) and CMDB.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices, including workflow customization, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and integration protocols (REST/SOAP).
