IDR is seeking a Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, Texas. This role supports a team of investment professionals by managing high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and expense reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator
- Support a team of investment professionals by efficiently handling administrative tasks and executive support needs.
- Manage highly complex calendars and proactively anticipate scheduling and meeting preparation needs.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, directions, and backup materials.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and executive events while ensuring space reservations, equipment, and hospitality needs are met.
- Provide partnership and backup support as needed to strengthen team coverage and continuity.
Requirements for the Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator:
- 3+ years’ experience supporting executives; college degree preferred but not required
- Financial industry knowledge highly desirable
- Excellent written communication and research skills
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of Concur Expense Solutions a plus
- Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
