IDR is seeking a Associate Epic Instructional Designer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity in PST. This role supports the design and development of training materials that help end-users effectively adopt and use Epic workflows. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging, web-based learning experiences.
Position Overview for the Associate Epic Instructional Designer
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop instructional content aligned to Epic module workflows
- Design and deliver web-based courses using modern learning and authoring approaches
- Create training materials that reflect adult learning principles and effective instructional methods
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet aggressive deadlines and project goals
Requirements for the Associate Epic Instructional Designer:
- Minimum of 3-years relevant Epic experience preferred
- Experienced in learning design, training development and eLearning
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required
- Demonstrated competence in designing and presenting Web Based courses
- Proven knowledge of adult learning methods
